You'll be glad to know that all of our items are returnable for any reason within 45 days. Simply contact us at service@hauntedflower.com and let us know the situation and we will work it out, no hassle and no pressure. Buyers are expected to pay for return shipping except in cases where we made a mistake (such as sending the wrong product). The good news is that you don't have to purchase the same fast and safe shipping methods we purchase, you are welcome to use a low cost service such as USPS First Class Mail to return the item. We will give you back a refund in the method you made your payment. If you would prefer an exchange please let us know, and we will ship out the correct item if we can.
